Summary: The hotel offered advance check in to save time on arrival where if you checked in in advance all you needed to do was pick up your keys. The person at the desk was not familiar or trained on this process. I arrived at midnight after a long day and it took them 20 minutes to figure it out and give me my keys. Then I finally get to the room and it is muggy with an AC unit that didn’t work properly, fun on the floor and a leaky tiny toilet. The bed was comfortable though.

Summary: The outlet in the room needs to be repaired, it was like there was a short in them. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Hotel room was ok.

Summary: This hotel was the third Wyndham property I had stayed in in as many months. I stayed at the Baton Rouge hotel and Chula Vista in Wisconsin Dells. We stayed in the 2nd floor suite. All hotels needed a little TLC like new carpeting, a fresh coat of paint and maybe updating the rooms and bathroom fixtures.The Wyndham Garden was by far the worst!! 2 of the 3 air conditioners were not working on our arrival. One did get fixed but the air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work during our 3 night stay. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The lighting was terrible, making our room dark and dreary at night. There was a floor electrical plug that was not secured properly and had bare wires showing, probably a huge code violation as well as fire hazard. The lobby was nice but the lighting was terrible there too. Light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures were burned out The staff was courteous and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were given 2 fans to help with the air conditioning problem and the final result was a discounted price for the room. The pool was open, but the jacuzzi was still broken as complained about in other reviews. I'm not sure I'll be staying at another Wyndham property, especially if it has been given mediocre to bad reviews.

Summary: The property is outdated, in disrepair, and staff is inattentive. Room airconditioner was very noisy. Arrangement of room and bath are inconvenient.

Summary: Very basic hotel , there was a convention on when we were there and the breakfast had gone by 915 and was not replaced . The pool looks filthy so didn’t use it . We had no maid service one day so I asked for some coffee to for the room and was told that I should really be charged for it !!!!

Summary: The room is spacious and clean. The price is fabulous and breakfast to boot! Not necessarily good for physically challenged individuals. Lots of stairs on property, there are ramps but stairs only into breakfast area to get your food.

Summary: A/C didn’t work first night, was fixed in am. Sink was clogged, not fixed. Electrical outlets so overused they would not hold a charging plug. Pool was open an noisy till after 10 pm, most rooms overlook pool. drapes did not adequately cover large window, allowing outside light to shine in all night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar ran out of coffee last morning of stay and hot food was cold. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

Summary: Check in was easy. We were able to do an early check in for $10 dollars. Once we enter the room which was a two bedroom suite we were stunned. Not the room we pictured or that was seen online. Room was disappointed. Bed was comfy was the highlight of the room. Definitely needs upgrades!
